This form is really useful.
You can make a request for a SAP calculation by describing the dwelling on this form and clicking the submit button. The cost of the calculation is £150.00 per dwelling. You will be invoiced for this amount and the calculation will be sent on receipt of payment.
The calculation can be done using SAPPER 8.00 (SAP 2005) or SAPPER 9.00 (SAP2009) BRE approved programs.
You can go off-line to complete the details, and/or save the inputs as a file.
You can also use the form to collect the necessary data for you to do your own SAP calculation. No need to click the send button, just "save page as" and you can complete the form in your own time using PC, mac, phone etc.

DIMENSIONS
Please note that there can be more than one floor type at each level of the house, for instance, with different heat loss types or different storey heights.
Ground floor heights are measured Floor - ceiling; other levels are measured ceiling to ceiling except basements which are measured floor to floor
Heat loss floor types relate to the floor types in the heat losses section.

VENTILATION
Select permeability type
Design permeability (Q50)
As built permeability (Q50)
Note: If a new dwelling is subject to a pressure test, a result greater than 10 cu.m/sq.m@50 Pa is a fail. Less than 5 is achievable if using accredited details, but 7 would be a reasonable design permeability.
